We’re looking for a driven Account Executive who enjoys building relationships, generating new business, and helping organizations improve their facilities through professional cleaning solutions.
What You’ll Do
* Prospect and generate new commercial cleaning opportunities
* Conduct facility walkthroughs and site assessments
* Meet with business owners, property managers, facility managers, and decision-makers
* Prepare and present customized cleaning proposals
* Negotiate contracts and close new business
* Maintain a healthy sales pipeline using CRM tools
* Follow up on leads provided by our marketing and appointment-setting team
* Build long-term client relationships and identify upsell opportunities
Qualifications
* 2 years of B2B sales experience preferred
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills
* Self-motivated and goal-oriented
* Comfortable conducting in-person meetings and facility walkthroughs
* Experience in commercial cleaning, facility services, staffing, property management, or related industries is a plus
* Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
