Appointment Setter – In Person
$13/hr Bonuses 7% Monthly Residuals

Flawless Cleaning Services is growing fast, and we’re looking for a motivated Appointment Setter to help bring in new commercial cleaning contracts. This is an in-person role that includes visiting local businesses, setting walkthroughs, and supporting the sales process. If you enjoy talking to people and want unlimited earning potential, this is the perfect role.
Responsibilities
- Visit 10–15 local businesses per day to introduce our services
- Set 5 qualified walkthrough appointments per week
- Attend walkthroughs with the client to understand their needs
- Collect service details and relay information to the Operations Team
- Build relationships with business owners and managers
- Track your calls, visits, and appointments
- Represent the Flawless brand professionally at all times

Schedule
- Part-time or full-time available
- Monday–Friday
- Weekends only if needed for special events or walkthroughs
Earning Potential
- Base pay: $13/hour
- 5 appointments per week = $400–$800 monthly in bonuses
- New closed contracts = 7% monthly bonus, no cap
- Many setters make an additional $500–$2,000/month in bonuses depending on performance
