Team Member Shift Lead

Position starts at $10/hour plus Tips -- (Estimated wages could be up to $15/hour with tips - excellent customer service is the driving force for increased tips.)

Duties:

We are looking for an experienced Waitstaff-cashier/shift lead to handle daily shift lead operational duties at our Arlington location. The successful candidates will play an important role in contributing to our customer satisfaction and company growth goals.

Responsibilities

• Greeting patrons with “Welcome To Flavors” upon entry into the facility
• Direct and coach crew members to optimize food production, Control cash flow of the registers, and professionally assess crew weaknesses & strengths and offer correction where needed.
• Resolve customer and staff complaints/concerns.
• Responsible for maintaining high customer service standards. This includes but is not limited to appropriate verbal interactions, greetings, thank you’s, suggestive selling, smiling, general friendliness, politeness, and an un-abrasive and comfortable demeanor.
• Follow all relevant health department rules and regulations Observe the principles of safe food handling and service
• Lead and train new staff on proper procedures and expectations within establishment.
• Assist manager in facilitating refresher training for employees.
• Fill in for duties of wait staff/cashier or cook where indicated
• Responsible for opening and/or closing the store;
• Count daily generated revenue for reports.
• Accountable for making sure that the monetary flow of revenue is accounted for
• Must communicate in an appropriate professional manner w/ customers & other employees
• Keep Tables/dining area clean by removing empty plates/baskets, used silverware, & dirty napkins from tables.
• Team members must always conform to the Dress Code Policy and maintain proper personal hygiene while on shift.
• Participate in end of shift/ end of day house-cleaning duties (clean dining area, remove trash, keep restrooms clean and tidy).

Pay: $10.00 - $13.00 per hour
