Requirements: * Experience with North Indian and South Indian cuisine * Dosa, Idli, Vada, Sambhar experience preferred * Curry preparation and recipe consistency * Tandoor experience preferred * Ability to manage food cost and kitchen staff * Maintain high food quality and cleanliness standards
