Responsibilities

- Support meal preparation activities by organizing ingredients and supplies according to menu requirements
- Follow strict safety standards in production, handling food safely to prevent contamination or spoilage
- Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area by sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces regularly
- Ensure proper food handling procedures are adhered to in compliance with food safety management protocols

Skills
- Experience working in dietary departments or as a dietary aide is highly desirable
