Flavor Chasers is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Packaging & Fulfillment Associate to join our cannabis production team. This role is responsible for weighing, packaging, labeling, and preparing cannabis products for distribution. The ideal candidate is organized, works efficiently in a fast-paced environment, and follows all compliance and safety standards.
Responsibilities
- Weigh and package cannabis products including flower, wax, and concentrates
- Prepare and package pre-rolls according to company standards
- Apply labels, stickers, and compliance information accurately to all products
- Maintain quality control and consistency in packaging
- Organize inventory and assist with fulfillment orders
- Keep workstations clean, sanitary, and compliant with state regulations
- Follow all cannabis handling, safety, and packaging procedures
- Assist with production tasks and team projects as needed
Qualifications
- Must have OMMA employee cre
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time
- Previous packaging, warehouse, fulfillment, or cannabis industry experience preferred but not required
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance required
Preferred Skills
- Experience handling cannabis flower, concentrates, or pre-roll production
- Familiarity with compliance labeling and packaging standards
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
