Job Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced server to join our team. The ideal candidate has 3 or more years of serving experience at a restaurant or lounge. As a server, you will play a vital role in creating memorable dining experiences for our guests by providing exceptional customer service.
Duties
- Greet and welcome guests with a friendly demeanor.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using Loyverse POS system.
- Provide detailed menu descriptions and make recommendations to enhance the dining experience through upselling techniques.
- Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation.
- Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their meal, addressing any concerns or requests promptly.
- Assist with bussing tables, resetting for new guests, and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a restaurant or food service role.
- Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tables and guest requests simultaneously.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with guests.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately.
- Ability to work late hours, including weekends and holidays as needed in a bustling environment.

Base Pay: From $16.50 per hour
