CONCRETE LEAD FOREMAN — Flatworx Concrete LLC
Lincoln, NE Metro Full-Time On-Site
Pay: $60,000 base. Skill set, education, and experience will dictate final pay.

Flatworx builds foundations, flatwork, and paving for residential, commercial, and small industrial jobs across Lincoln and the 402. We run lean, keep it safe, and take pride in work that holds up. We need a Lead Foreman who can run a crew, own the finish, and keep jobs moving.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Run daily operations from site prep through pour and finish
- Lead the morning huddle — site, scope, goal, target finish
- Read plans; set, inspect, and strip formwork; manage placement and mix
- Direct finishing and hold the quality standard
- Run or oversee heavy equipment — excavation, grading, concrete handling
- Keep the crew lean; split it when needed with a right-hand lead on the second truck
- Enforce OSHA and safety, including silica control
- Manage tools and vehicles — daily walk-around, report issues fast
- Track receipts, materials, and job costs; cut waste
- Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and inspectors; train the crew
WHAT YOU BRING
- Good attitude and a strong ability to lead and communicate — these are a must
- Formwork and flatwork; ready-mix placement and finishing
- Heavy equipment operation (excavation, grading, concrete)
- Carpentry for building and stripping forms
- Crew leadership and daily site management
- Strong OSHA and jobsite safety knowledge
- Can read drawings, specs, and layouts
- Reliable transportation; works in all weather
- Prior foreman/lead experience; trade certs a plus
