Essential Functions And Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain diagnostic imaging equipment to produce high-quality diagnostic images.
- Perform various radiographic procedures in accordance with established clinical protocols and radiology procedures.
- Ensure image quality, proper positioning, and completeness of all diagnostic exams.
- Accurately and timely document imaging procedures, patient information, and results within the Electronic Health Record (EHR) system.
- Comply with all applicable clinical, safety, and HIPAA requirements, as well as Indian Health Service (IHS) and facility-specific policies.
- Participate in administrative duties on designated days (Thursdays), including quality assurance activities, training, and equipment maintenance.
- Proficiency in operating diagnostic imaging equipment and performing radiologic examinations.
