- Facilitate orientation for all new hires
- Recruit, interview and hire potential Direct Care Worker (DCW) candidates
- Assess training needs for new and existing employees
- Teach Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) classes
- Create new hire folders
- Create new hire roster with all training dates and background information
- Complete ICHAT/OIG/SAM background checks
- High School Diploma or GED
- Must like to speak in front of large groups of people
- Previous experience working in human resources/orientation, preferred
