We are looking for a proactive and organized Personal Assistant to support the CEO and COO at Flatrock Manor, a growing 40 care home company with homes in and around Genesee County. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys multi-tasking, and has a passion for keeping things running smoothly.This is a full-time position!! Duties and Responsibilities: * Act as the first point of contact with the CEO and COO * Perform a variety of personal errands * Organize and manage events: * Including social gatherings, parties, and special occasions * Travel Management * Household coordination * Ensure office and home are clean and organized * Administrative Management * Courteous, efficient, and accurately handle phone calls, messages, and all other correspondence * Maintain and protect operations by keeping confidential information * Communicate and coordinate with staff and clients and manage the flow of communication to members of the executive leadership team * Prioritize conflicting needs, handle matters expeditiously and proactively, and follow through on projects to successful completion, often with deadline pressures * Flexibility and commitment to working the hours and times required to perform the responsibilities of the job, including evenings and weekends, as necessary * Maintain a positive, open relationship with all management and staff * Maintain and advocate for all Flatrock residents’ rights * Any additional tasks assigned Qualifications: * Prior experience as a Personal Assistant, HIGHLY PREFERRED* Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment* Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal – and strong phone etiquette * Computer literacy across multiple platforms including Microsoft Office 365* Discretion and confidentiality Powered by JazzHRKtFHB2H09P
