Board Certified Behavior Analyst, BCBA

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join the Flatrock Family!! This is a full-time position with homes across Genesee County. 

Sign-On Bonus: $10k
New hires are eligible for a $5,000 sign-on bonus upon successful completion of 90 days of employment. An additional $5,000 bonus will be awarded after reaching 6 months.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in applied behavior analysis and experience working with adult individuals with developmental disabilities and autism. As a BCBA, you will play a crucial role in assessing, developing, and implementing behavior intervention plans to enhance the quality of life for our clients.

Requirements: 

• Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities and autism
• Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis principles and techniques
• Ability to conduct functional behavior assessments and develop behavior intervention plans
• Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients, families, and team members
• Strong organizational skills to manage caseloads, documentation, and scheduling

Salary : $90,000 - $100,000
