What You'll Do
Our team is growing - and so is our office and everything that needs to run smoothly behind the scenes. As our Internal Support & Facility Coordinator, you'll be the person who keeps day-to-day office life running and makes sure our team can rely on a well-organized, welcoming place to work.
This is a help-with-a-bit-of-everything role. You'll keep track of orders and supplies, coordinate external vendors, and jump in hands-on whenever something needs doing around the office. You combine organization with a get-it-done mentality: you spot what's needed, take care of it, and find a practical solution fast when something unexpected comes up.

Salary Range - $18 - $30 hour

Main Responsibilities
- Order and coordinate materials and equipment for our field sales team, and manage our internal ordering/Shopify page
- Stay in regular contact with external vendors and service providers, keeping an eye on stock levels and changes
- Receive deliveries and help out with light handywork around the office
- Keep the office running day to day - from the reception area to the kitchens - and make sure everything works as it should
- Make sure the team feels comfortable and the workspace always stays inviting
- Be the go-to person for the small stuff that keeps an office humming, and pitch in wherever you're needed
- You have 2 years' experience in office/facility management, operations, hospitality, or a similar hands-on support role is a plus, but not required
- You're comfortable working on a laptop, Excel doesn't scare you, and you pick up new digital tools and processes quickly
- You like practical work and are happy to roll up your sleeves
- You've got a good eye for cleanliness, structure, and efficient workflows
- Strong communication skills in English
- You enjoy supporting colleagues and adding to a positive atmosphere
- You stay level-headed and handle spontaneous situations well
