About the Role
We’re seeking a Property Field Coordinator to support our team with in-person property visits across the greater Seattle area. This is a part-time, as-needed role—perfect for someone looking for flexible hours and hands-on work in the property management field.
You’ll play a key role in ensuring our rental properties are well-prepared, documented, and maintained by completing walkthroughs, inspections, and other on-site tasks.
What You’ll Do
- Conduct property walkthroughs and move-in/move-out inspections
- Capture 3D scans using a 360° camera (training provided)
- Manage key pickups and drop-offs
- Setup lockboxes
- Report findings and upload documentation into our systems
- Occasionally provide professional, on-site support to tenants, owners, and vendors
Qualifications
- Must have reliable transportation (car required)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Tech-savvy; comfortable with apps, cameras, and digital forms
- Professional communication skills with tenants, owners, and vendors
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Flexibility with a varying schedule
- Must pass a drug test
- (Preferred) Customer service experience
Compensation & Benefits
- $25/hour
- Mileage reimbursement and paid travel time (from office to property and back)
- Flexible, part-time schedule

Additional Details
- This is a fully in-person role (no remote work).
- Service area spans from Everett to Tukwila.
- Hours vary week to week, depending on property needs.
