Flatlands Logistics is a locally owned last-mile package delivery company, delivering across the Kansas City metro since 2020. Safety first. People always.

Seasonal peak job, now through January 5, 2027, at DMC3 (4054 Powell Dr, Shawnee, KS 66226).

WHAT YOU GET

• $23.25/hr base - top performers earn the equivalent of $27 /hr with bonuses

• 10-hour pay guarantee - finish your route early, still get paid for 10 hours

• Performance bonuses start after just 3 weeks: scorecard bonus up to $1.25/hr, plus $15 for every rescue

• $325 bonus for finishing the season (January 5, 2027)

• $300 referral bonus for every friend we hire who stays 60 days

• Paid training - van, gas, handheld and uniform provided

THE ELITE SQUAD DRAFT - YOUR SHOT AT A PERMANENT JOB

• Compete all peak long on safety, quality and attendance - weekly leaderboard, Draft Day December 29

• Drafted drivers earn a permanent Delivery Driver spot at Lenexa (DKS3) or Manhattan (DDK2) and a $500 total bonus - your $325 season bonus plus a $175 Elite Squad top-up paid after 60 days on the permanent team

• Spots are limited - the leaderboard decides; selection is not guaranteed

THE SCHEDULE

• 11:20 AM start, about 10-hour shifts

• At least 1 weekend day; available through the full season, including peak weeks in November and December

THE WORK (STRAIGHT TALK)

• 150 stops and 300 packages a day, up to 50 lbs, in every kind of weather

• In and out of the van all day - this is an active job

• Drive safely using a routing app on a handheld device

YOU NEED

• 21 with a valid driver's license (no CDL) and a clean driving record

• To pass a background check, motor vehicle record (MVR) review and 4-panel drug test

• Reliable transportation to DMC3 in Shawnee

• Ability to read and communicate in English for safety and customer instructions

• Eligibility to work in the United States
