We are seeking a motivated Maintenance Team member to join our team. In this role, you will provide exceptional Grounds keeping skills. You will play a vital role in creating a welcoming atmosphere that enhances the overall guest experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for delivering outstanding service and eye for detail
Duties
- Maintain grounds
- Cut grass and weed eat around track.
- Maintaining the grounds which may include weed eating, Brush removal and light wood repairs
- Maintain an organized and visually appealing maintenance layout, ensuring that all tools are in proper place.
- Manage the evacuations paths
- Must keep curb appeal for the business
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure guest satisfaction.
Qualifications
- PERSONALITY!
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and the ability to engage with guests effectively.
- Experience in maintenance is a must.
- Previous experience in retail, or guest services is a plus.
- Public speaking skills are beneficial for engaging with guests on the daily basis.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
