Your Mission in This Role 🎯
The Digital Content Specialist will support the creation, optimization, and maintenance of product listings across major eCommerce platforms. This role plays a key part in ensuring our product content is accurate, compelling, and optimized to drive sales.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn. They enjoy working with data, content, and digital tools, and are motivated to contribute to a collaborative team.
What You’ll Get to Do 🛠️
- Product Content Creation: Build and update product listings, including titles, bullet points, descriptions, and images
- Content Optimization: Enhance product content using SEO best practices to improve visibility and conversion
- Data Management: Ensure accuracy and completeness of product data across systems and platforms
- Platform Support: Assist with item setup and maintenance across eCommerce marketplaces (e.g., Target, Nordstrom, Macy’s, Bloomingdale’s, Michaels, Overstock/Bed Bath & Beyond/Buy Buy Baby, TEMU, and others)
- Quality Assurance: Review listings for errors, inconsistencies, and compliance with platform standards
- Image & Asset Coordination: Organize and manage product images and digital assets
- Reporting Support: Assist with tracking content performance and identifying opportunities for improvement
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal teams to gather product information and ensure alignment
- Tool Utilization: Use internal systems and AI-based tools to improve efficiency and content quality
- Process Improvement: Provide feedback and ideas to help accelerate and enhance the lead generation process

- Strong written communication skills with attention to detail
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Comfortable working with data, spreadsheets, and digital tools
- Familiarity with tools such as Salsify, Rithum/ChannelAdvisor, Monday.com, or Tableau is a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace (especially Excel/Sheets)
- Quick learner with a willingness to adopt new systems and tools
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Comfortable sitting and working at a computer for extended periods
- Capability to move around for tasks that require mobility
- Excellent vision and hearing skills to perform job responsibilities effectively through in person, telephone, and written communication

- Experience in eCommerce, digital marketing, or content management is a plus
