As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in delivering our mission to bring individuals full circle with compassionate and personalized care. We are seeking dedicated and caring individuals to join our team of caregivers, providing patients with a deeper level of trust, communication, and sensory interaction.
Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals in their homes, focusing on their unique needs and preferences
Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
Prepare meals and snacks, as needed
Manage medication schedules and administer medications as prescribed
Engage in conversation and activities to promote social interaction and mental stimulation
Report any changes or concerns to the care coordinator or supervisor
What We Look For:
18 years of age or older
High School Diploma or GED
Reliable, punctual, and professional
Ability to drive or access to reliable transportation
Prior experience is a plus, but not required
Must provide 2 forms of ID and eligibility documentation
Direct deposit enrollment required
