We’re looking for a Leasing Agent to help fill our apartment units with high-quality residents who love where they live. Based at one of our multifamily communities in Houston, this role is all about creating great first impressions, building real connections, and moving quickly to match the right people with the right homes.
You'll spend your days interacting with prospective renters — answering calls, texts, and emails, coordinating tours, and walking them through the leasing process from inquiry to move-in. This role requires someone who can sell with confidence, stay organized, and represent our brand with professionalism and hospitality. You’ll play a key role in supporting occupancy goals and bringing our mission to life at the property level.
Compensation: $19 - $23.50 hourly
