Key Responsibilities
Train new caregivers during onboarding
Reinforce company standards, client safety, and care expectations
Serve as a clinical resource for caregiver questions during training
Ensure caregivers are prepared to deliver safe, high-quality non-medical home care
Qualifications
Active Registered Nurse license in Missouri
Strong communication and teaching skills
Comfortable training adults with varied experience levels
Home Care Experience Preferred, But Not Required
