- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently to process transactions accurately and quickly
- Greet customers warmly, providing excellent customer service with a positive attitude
- Handle cash, credit card, and mobile payments with precision and professionalism
- Assist with stocking shelves, organizing merchandise, and maintaining an attractive sales floor
- Conduct product demos when needed to educate customers about new or featured items
- Upsell products by suggesting complementary items to enhance customer satisfaction and sales
- Maintain phone etiquette when answering inquiries or assisting customers remotely
- Support merchandising efforts by arranging products attractively and according to planograms
- Perform basic math calculations for transactions, discounts, and inventory counts
- Ensure compliance with store policies on cash handling, safety procedures, and cleanliness
Experience
