Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Service / Shipping Specialist to join our team. If you thrive on multitasking, problem-solving, and attention to detail, this role is perfect for you!
Duties
- Greeting / assisting customers in shipping and/or packing packages
- Scanning drop off packages and ensuring all packages go out with their respective carriers
- Completing transactions at the checkout counters
- Assist customers with basic copying, printing, laminating when needed
Qualifications
- Good communication
- Ability to type
- Attention to detail
- Ability to hustle when needed is a must
- Friendly, helpful, and self motivated
- Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for making change, measurements, and cost estimations.
