The Courier Driver is responsible for safely operating company trucks, picking up and delivering packages, documents, and freight on scheduled routes and on-demand requests. Daily tasks include loading and unloading items, verifying delivery information, obtaining signatures, and maintaining accurate delivery records. The role also involves communicating with dispatch, following mapped routes and delivery instructions, and adhering to all traffic and safety regulations. Courier Drivers represent Flash Drive Couriers to customers and are expected to provide professional, courteous service at each stop.

- Strong communication skills to coordinate with dispatch, follow instructions, and provide clear updates on delivery status.
- Customer service skills to support professional interactions with business clients and recipients, including handling issues and inquiries respectfully.
