Job Overview
Wow!! NEW SALON! We have Opportunities for Quality Stylists! Build Your Clientele on Our Dime! We have 3 days that you could be Open for Business with no other stylists in the salon! After 5:00 hours the rest of the week. 60/40 split your way. Also, booth rent available at the busiest location in Springfield, Ohio! Duties
- Perform a variety of hair services including cutting, styling, coloring, and texturizing to meet each client’s unique preferences.
- Use salon software such as Vigaro to schedule appointments, manage client records, and process payments efficiently.
- Provide expert advice on hair care routines, product recommendations, and retail sales to boost client satisfaction and salon revenue.
- Maintain impeccable sanitation standards by properly sterilizing tools and workstations in accordance with health regulations.
- Assist with front desk duties including greeting clients, managing bookings, and handling client communication professionally.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to a positive team environment through effective communication and collaboration.
