You will directly assist customers, process transactions, help merchandise the sales floor, and play a vital role in making our retail experience a positive one. - Greet customers, answer questions, and recommend products based on their preferences and needs.
- Promote current specials, suggest products, and encourage customers to join our loyalty program.
- Process purchases, returns, and exchanges accurately using the POS system.
- Check customer IDs and follow company policies for responsible alcohol sales.
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare online orders for timely pickup.
- Receive deliveries, replenish shelves, organize backstock, and assist with inventory counts.
- Keep shelves, displays, and promotional signage organized and properly labeled.
- Maintain a clean, welcoming store and checkout area.
- Handle customer concerns professionally and notify management of issues or unusual incidents.
- Work with the team to meet sales goals and support daily store operations.
- Friendly, approachable attitude with strong customer service and communication skills.
- Dependable, attentive to detail, and comfortable working in a busy retail environment.
- Basic computer skills; experience with POS systems is a plus.
- Wine, spirits, or retail sales experience preferred, with a willingness to learn.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
- Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
