Continuous Improvement (CI) Responsibilities
- 5s workshop schedule
- Kaizen events
- Problem Solving activities
- Daily Management system admin
- HUB facility upgrades
- CI reporting – Creating PowerPoint
- CI Daily management board
- OPS reporting – Create PowerPoint
- Shadow operators
- Shadow ops leaders
- Attend 8 am DM meeting
- Spend time with other leaders i.e.: Supply chain, EHS, QA
- Learn and Implement PDCA software to Flanders Leadership
- Undergraduate student majoring in Continuous Improvement and Operations Management, or related field.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts in a clear, concise manner.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Excel
- Ability to work with others of diverse cultures, interpersonal styles, and abilities in a constructive and collaborative manner
- Self-motivated, strong work ethic, innovative, solution-oriented mindset, with a passion for learning
