Assistant Floor Manager – Flanagan’s on Main (Park City, UT)

Flanagan’s on Main is looking for an experienced, energetic, and hands-on Assistant Floor Manager to help lead our front-of-house team. We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced restaurant, leads by example, and is passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Responsibilities
● Assist in managing daily front-of-house operations.
● Lead and support servers, bartenders, hosts, food runners, and bussers.
● Ensure exceptional customer service and resolve guest concerns professionally.
● Help maintain a clean, organized, and efficient restaurant.
● Coach, motivate, and hold team members accountable.
● Jump in wherever needed during busy service.
● Assist with opening and closing procedures.
● Work closely with the General Manager to improve operations and team performance.
Qualifications
● Previous restaurant management or strong supervisory experience.
● Excellent leadership and communication skills.
● Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure.
● Positive attitude with a strong work ethic.
● Team-oriented and willing to lead by example.
● Knowledge of POS systems and restaurant operations is preferred.
● Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and remain on your feet for extended periods.
● Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Proof of work authorization will be required upon hire.
● Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, but not required.
Schedule
● Full-time position.
● Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
