Description
- Review property valuations to identify property tax savings opportunities using the various, Income, Sales and Cost approach analyses.
- Lead and advise staff of appeal processes
- Perform various analyses for clients such as tax projections, annual budgets, communicate appeal status, and review/discuss client needs
- Present and negotiate appeals with various assessing jurisdictions
- Communicate and present the firm's services to potential clients
- Review and approve invoices
Requirements
- Work in F|B’s Chicago office daily
- MAI Appraiser designation
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or other business-related fields
- Excellent presentation and communications skills
- Minimum Cumulative Undergraduate GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale
