What are the responsibilities and job description for the Barista position at Flamingos Coffee Bar?
Flamingos Coffee Bar on Hampton Beach is all about specialty coffee, delicious food, cool vibes, sustainability supporting local, and providing a fun beach experience for customers. We are in search of a new barista to add to our flockstar team!
We are seeking an experienced part-time barista but are also open to training newcomers. Weekend shifts required in availability and employment is year-round not just seasonal. We are offering competitive hourly pay in addition to great tips & an (almost) ocean view! With tips, most baristas make over $20/hr regularly.
Shifts include mornings and afternoons (nights off!) Your duties will consist of crafting specialty coffees with the espresso machine, running the POS system, making breakfast & lunch sandwiches, opening and closing tasks, and stellar customer service with a smile. Our shop brings a high volume of traffic in not just the summer but year-round, so expect to be busy while you're here and make some awesome tips! This is a fast-paced environment, and we are looking for an energetic team member. There is also room to grow into management with this position, so keep that in mind if you're searching for a long-term career investment. Must be 18 or older to apply.
