POSITION DETAILS: 7:30-4pm, Exempt position. However, additional hours are required as needed.
GENERAL DESCRIPTION: As the Warehouse & Facilities Manager, your primary objective is to lead the efficient operations of our warehouse while fostering a people-centric approach. You will oversee the receipt, dispatch, and storage of merchandise and ensure the facility is well-maintained and safe. Additionally, you will take charge of overseeing the fleet and associated logistics.

- Fleet Oversight: Manage and coordinate fleet operations, including vehicle maintenance, logistics, and compliance.
- Facilities Maintenance: Take charge of maintaining the facility, ensuring a safe and functional work environment.
- Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify opportunities to optimize processes and drive operational excellence.
- Vendor Relations: Build strong relationships with vendors to streamline operations and resource access.
BENEFITS:
- Pay range $67,000-$80,000

FACILITIES INFORMATION:
- Square footage: 4,242sq ft. (2,407 office space, 1,835 warehouse space)
- Supervise two delivery drivers and four logistics clerks.
WORKING CONDITIONS:
- Requires sitting, standing, and walking at a computer and/or workstation, sometimes for extended periods of time.
- Occasional travel to other branches depending on business needs
Requirements:
- Minimum Educational requirement: High School Diploma or Equivalent.
- Valid drivers' license
Salary : $67,000 - $80,000
