Duties
- Maintain accurate inventory control through regular stock checks and proper documentation
- Operate forklifts safely to load, unload, and move heavy items around the warehouse or stockroom
- Assist with merchandising efforts by arranging products attractively on shelves to maximize sales potential
- Perform routine cleaning, organization, and maintenance of the stockroom to uphold safety standards
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting shoppers with product location and answering questions in multiple languages if needed
Qualifications
- Proven experience in warehouse operations or retail stocking roles preferred
- Ability to operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely; forklift certification is a plus
- Excellent communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are highly valued
- Physical stamina for heavy lifting, standing, bending, and walking throughout shifts
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail for inventory control and stock accuracy
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment while maintaining independence when needed
