Duties
- Greet customers warmly and provide outstanding customer service throughout their visit
- Take food and beverage orders accurately using POS system Toast.
- Process cash, credit card, and retail transactions efficiently while maintaining accuracy in cash handling and math calculations
- Assist in food preparation tasks, including assembling orders and operating kitchen equipment safely
- Upsell menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales opportunities
- Maintain cleanliness of the workspace, including bussing tables, sanitizing surfaces, and ensuring food safety standards are met
- Manage customer orders from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery and satisfaction
- Support food safety management practices by adhering to sanitation protocols and proper food handling procedures
Skills
- Proven experience in quick service or fast food restaurant environments with strong food service skills
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS or Toast POS for efficient transaction processing
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic demeanor
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced setting while managing time efficiently
- Basic math skills for cash register operations and retail transactions
- Knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation procedures in the food industry
- Experience with food preparation, serving, bussing, and operating kitchen or café equipment is highly desirable
- Strong communication skills paired with a proactive attitude toward upselling and sales enhancement

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
