Service Technician
Training Provided – No Fireplace Experience Required
FLAME-TECH is looking for a dependable, mechanically inclined individual to join our growing service team.
If you enjoy working with your hands, solving problems, and learning a specialized trade, we’d love to meet you. No fireplace experience is necessary — we’ll provide the training.
This is a full-time, year-round position with excellent benefits, opportunities for advancement, and a supportive team environment.
What You’ll Do
As a Fireplace Service Technician, you’ll work alongside experienced technicians while learning to:
- Inspect, diagnose, service, and repair gas, wood, pellet, and electric fireplaces
- Perform annual maintenance and safety inspections
- Troubleshoot fireplace issues
- Follow manufacturer specifications and company safety standards
- Provide professional, friendly service to our customers
As your skills grow, you’ll take on more responsibility and work independently.
What We’re Looking For
- Mechanically inclined with a willingness to learn
- Dependable, punctual, and professional
- Comfortable using hand and power tools
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 100 lbs. with assistance
- Must meet company safety and drug-free workplace standards
