The Inventory Clerk is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records and supporting warehouse operations by ensuring proper inventory control, material movement, and production support. 2.0 Primary Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate records of the type, quantity, and value of materials, equipment, merchandise, and supplies stored in the warehouse.
- Count, verify, and record inventory using warehouse management systems and/or manual methods.
- Receive, stock, organize, and issue materials and supplies.
- Monitor inventory levels and reconcile physical inventory with system records.
- Receive incoming materials and verify shipments for accuracy.
- Label, store, and organize materials on shelves, racks, or pallets.
- Perform cycle counts and physical inventory audits.
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies related to system transactions or operational issues.
- Notify Production, Purchasing, and Management when inventory or supplies fall below established minimum stock levels.
- Maintain inventory accuracy while adhering to company procedures and quality standards.
- Support and comply with the Company's Quality Management System (QMS), safety policies, and all applicable procedures.
- Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.

- Basic mathematical skills for inventory counting and reconciliation.
- Ability to bend, twist, stoop, kneel, climb, and stand for extended periods.
- Ability to sit or stand for prolonged periods throughout the workday.
- Ability to safely lift and move up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to follow detailed written and verbal instructions.
- Ability to work safely around forklifts, pallet jacks, and warehouse equipment.
- Regular, reliable attendance is an essential function of this position. Employees are expected to be physically present at their assigned work location during scheduled working hours.
- This position is performed primarily indoors in a non-climate-controlled warehouse environment.
- Frequent exposure to varying temperatures, warehouse equipment, and moving machinery.
- Required use of appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) as designated by company policy.
