Job Summary:
We are looking for a friendly, organized, and knowledgeable Service Advisor to be the main point of contact for our customers. In this role, you will help customers understand their vehicle needs, coordinate repair services with technicians, and ensure a smooth and positive service experience from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and listen to their vehicle concerns
- Provide accurate service recommendations and estimates
- Schedule appointments and manage daily workflow
- Communicate between customers and technicians regarding repairs and timelines
- Keep customers updated on the status of their vehicles
- Prepare invoices and process payments
- Maintain detailed service records and customer information
- Ensure a clean, professional front-office environment
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an automotive service advisor, customer service, or related role preferred
- Basic knowledge of automotive systems and repairs
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Computer proficiency (shop management software experience is a plus)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
