Your Role
As a Personal Stretch Trainer, you will play a key role in helping clients move and feel their best in a welcoming, high-energy environment. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working hands-on with clients and is eager to learn and grow within the wellness industry.
📍 Position Type: Full-time and part-time opportunities available (evening and Saturday shifts required).
💰 Pay Range: $19-$23 per hour (based on experience).
What You’ll Do:
✅ Deliver customized one-on-one assisted stretch sessions to help clients improve mobility and recovery.
✅ Listen to clients’ goals and needs, ensuring a personalized and effective experience.
✅ Communicate effectively with clients and collaborate with our Physical Therapy team.
✅ Maintain a clean, safe, and professional studio environment.
✅ Engage with clients and build strong relationships to foster community and membership growth.
✅ Embody and uphold our core values: Honesty, Approachability, Empowerment, Trust, and Teamwork.
✅ Complete on-the-job and ongoing educational training to grow your skills.
