THE ROLE

As a Roofing Sales Representative at Flagstone, you operate like an entrepreneur inside the company. You will generate leads, canvass neighborhoods, run appointments, inspect roofs, and close deals in your assigned territory.

This is a fast-paced, field-based role with constant movement and change. You will manage your own pipeline, track your performance, and push opportunities forward with urgency. We provide systems, process, and production support — but execution is on you.

This role favors action over discussion and results over excuses.

COMPENSATION & STRUCTURE

  • Uncapped commission performance bonuses
  • Earning potential: $10,000–$25,000 per month (performance-based)
  • No cap. No limits. You control the pipeline, close rate, and income.
  • Flexible schedule

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven sales performance with a track record of hitting targets
  • Strong self-management, urgency, and accountability
  • Confidence working doors and in the field
  • Ability to guide homeowners through the sales process
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle

Roofing or in-home sales experience is preferred but not required for the right performer.

The $5,000 Performance Based Sign-On Bonus & 90-Day Track:

  • Month 1: $1,000 Bonus (Complete 2 deals)
  • Month 2: $1,500 Bonus (Complete 3 deals)
  • Month 3: $2,500 Bonus (Complete 3 deals)

Based on an average deal size of $25k.

Bonuses are paid ONLY when revenue is collected. 

If the deal size is not met, the bonus may be reduced or forfeited.

We believe in rewarding hard work. Our canvassers earn through a combination of steady pay and high-upside commissions:

  • $290 Paid Weekly (Steady advance against your commissions)
  • $50 Bonus for every qualified appointment you set
  • 2% Commission on every signed contract
  • Fast-Track Promotion: Hit 40 appointments and move to our Business Developer Role (12% Commission!)
