Blended Hourly Pay Rate: $42

Blended Hourly Pay Rate: $42
Occupational Therapist Requirements and Responsibilities:
- Wyoming OT license or ability to obtain
- Must have a tax home 50 miles from facility
- Provide Occupational Therapy evaluations, service objectives, progress notes, and program development.
- Serve as a member of the Interdisciplinary Team for a caseload of residents. Attend ISPs, team meetings, and care conferences.
- Provide direct treatment as indicated through professional judgment and ongoing assessments and/or referrals by medical providers.
- Ability to work with and around WLRC residents, including those who may display challenging behaviors.
- Assignment length: 13 weeks (Maximum assignment length: 6 months)
