In this role, you will provide excellent service to clients by assisting them with processing routine financial transactions on a day-to-day basis in accordance with all Bank policy and procedures. You will travel to Financial Centers and lend support to the teller units as needed. Locations for coverage include Queens and Manhattan. Your primary responsibility will be to deliver exceptional customer service and ensure accurate transaction processing.Key Responsibilities

• Greet and service clients in a friendly and courteous manner, answering phones and providing account information.
• Process client transactions accurately and efficiently, including cash and check deposits, withdrawals, and transfers.
• Maintain an adequate cash supply at all times and balance cash on hand daily.
• Assist with retrieval and processing of ATM deposits and Night Depository deposits, as well as input wire transfers and sell/purchase foreign currency.
• Complete ongoing training as required and provide support for the Private Client Groups as needed.
• May be asked to assist in alternate Financial Centers.

Requirements

• High School / High School Equivalency (GED, HiSET, TASC) or Foreign Equivalent, required.
• 0 - 3 years of customer service and sales experience, required.
• Experience in the financial services industry, preferred.
