Role Description The Client Consultant I is a full-time, on-site role based in Lagrange, IN. This position is responsible for serving as a primary point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting clients with banking products, services, and transactions. Day-to-day responsibilities include answering client inquiries, assisting with account openings and maintenance, identifying client needs, and recommending appropriate solutions in line with Flagstar’s customer-first approach. The Client Consultant I will help resolve issues, support client retention and growth, and ensure compliance with bank policies and procedures. This role also collaborates with team members to achieve branch goals and contribute to a positive, inclusive workplace.

- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills to interact effectively with diverse clients and colleagues in person, by phone, and in writing.

- High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in business, finance, or a related field is beneficial.
