Expected hours: 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday

Job Overview:
We are seeking an Patient Services Representative/Medical Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in medical terminology, insurance verification, and office administration.
Responsibilities include:
- Greet patients professionally
- Provide services in the Front Office, including check-in and check-out
- Room patients, take vitals, chart, facilitate care with provider during exams
- Answer a multi-line phone
- Check insurance eligibility
- Schedule patient appointments
- Assist with and/or relay patient requests/questions to medical assistants or other clinical staff
- Monitor provider schedules to ensure scheduling accuracy
- Perform various administrative duties such as processing medical records and test results
- Other projects/duties as directed
Requirements
