Total Joint Surgeon

Flagstaff Bone & Joint (FBJ) is seeking a Board-Eligible (BE) / Board-Certified (BC), Fellowship-Trained Hip and Knee Total Joint/Reconstructive Surgeon to join our well-established private practice in beautiful Flagstaff, Arizona—a four-season mountain town known for its outdoor recreation, vibrant community, and quality of life.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated surgeon to build a thriving practice, establish roots in Northern Arizona, and become a partner in a growing, independent orthopaedic group.

• Focus: Adult hip and knee reconstruction, including primary and revision arthroplasty.
• Outpatient-Oriented: Our practice supports a robust outpatient surgery model, with other total joint surgeons typically performing approximately 70% of their procedures in the outpatient setting.
• ASC Flip Day Blocks: The MD will have opportunities for flip day blocks in the Ambulatory Surgery Center, utilizing two OR rooms.
• Outreach Clinics: Commitment to expanding patient access through bi-monthly travel to outreach clinic locations.
• No Trauma Call: No hospital orthopaedic trauma call responsibilities.
• Partnership Track: Opportunity to become a partner in the practice, Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC), and real estate.
• Strong Support System: Work with experienced orthopaedic surgeons, PAs, MAs, and a dedicated administrative team.
