Inside Sales Manager

We are a leading national consumer finance company with a long-standing foundation of stability and growth. As we continue to evolve and invest in technology, talent, and scalable sales strategies, we are seeking an Inside Sales Manager to support our dealer growth objectives and strengthen our market presence through consultative, relationship-driven selling within the automotive field.

This role is ideal for a motivated sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced, phone-based environment and has a proven ability to build trust, influence outcomes, and drive volume through strong dealer partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Cultivate and maintain strong business relationships with automotive dealerships in assigned geographic areas.
  • Prospect, cold call, and introduce the company as a lending resource to new and existing dealer partners.
  • Present, promote, and close business using a consultative selling methodology over the phone.
  • Educate dealer partners on company programs, processes, and product offerings.
  • Drive loan application volume by actively engaging dealerships and following up on credit decisions.
  • Ensure dealerships submit accurate and complete documentation for participation in company programs.
  • Maintain exemplary service levels in accordance with internal policies and dealer expectations.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Credit, Funding, and other internal teams to exceed volume and quality goals.
  • Consistently manage prospecting pipelines, follow-up activities, and performance metrics.

Qualifications

Experience:

  • Required:
    • 2 years of management experience at an auto dealership OR
    • 2 years as a credit analyst OR
    • 3 years in an inbound/outbound call center or inside sales environment
  • Preferred:
    • Experience within auto finance, credit, funding, or dealership operations.

Education:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to plan, prospect, and manage a consistent sales pipeline.
  • Knowledge of credit, finance, and funding functions within an auto finance environment.
  • Strong customer service orientation and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team-based environment.
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams effectively.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and email systems.

Location

  • This is a hybrid role at our Coppell, TX location.
