We are seeking a Benefits Specialist to administer, support, and enhance our employee benefits programs while delivering an exceptional team member experience through accurate, compliant, and responsive service.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer employee benefits programs including health, dental, vision, life, disability, retirement, and wellness plans.
- Process benefit enrollments, changes, terminations, and life events accurately and in a timely manner.
- Respond to team member inquiries regarding eligibility, coverage, claims, and enrollment.
- Coordinate with vendors, payroll, and internal stakeholders to resolve issues.
- Maintain and audit benefits data and reconcile invoices.
- Ensure compliance with ERISA, COBRA, HIPAA, ACA, and FMLA.
- Support open enrollment and benefits communications.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
- 1 year of experience in benefits, Human Resources, or a related area.
- Knowledge of benefits programs and applicable laws (ERISA, COBRA, HIPAA, ACA, FMLA).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.

Location & Work Schedule
Location: A hybrid work schedule in our Coppell, TX office.
Schedule: Standard business hours with flexibility during peak periods.
