The Springs at La Jolla in La Jolla, CA, is a post-acute care facility with long-term care, short-term care, and geriatric services provided. We are currently seeking a PRN Mobile Outpatient Physical Therapist Assistant to provide in-home therapy in the San Diego, CA, area.
PRN: Monday-Friday schedule with work-life balance
Pay: $40 /hour based on experience

✔ Supplement with SNF patients if caseload is light
✔ Mileage paid travel time

Requirements:
Active California PTA license
Current CPR card
SNF Experience Preferred (not Required)
What You’ll Do:
Evaluate patients and create individualized plans of care
Provide skilled therapy (therapeutic exercises, gait training, etc.)
Track progress, adjust treatment, and document in NetHealth
Collaborate with care team and educate patients/caregivers
Join our mobile outpatient team that treats patients in our surrounding community like family and values quality care over volume.
Ability to Commute:
San Diego, CA 92122 (Required)
Ability to Relocate:
San Diego, CA 92122: Relocate before starting work (Required)
