The Shift Manager, working closely with and reporting to the Assistant General Manager and General Manager, is responsible for managing daily operations of our restaurant while striving to create a comfortable and professional atmosphere for both guests and employees.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Support the General Manager and Assistant General Manager in daily operations, ensuring smooth and efficient restaurant performance.
- Lead, train, and motivate staff, fostering a positive work environment and ensuring our high service standards.
- Handle guest concerns and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Assist in managing food and beverage quality control.
- Assist in maintaining health, safety, and sanitation standards in compliance with regulations and company policies.
