About You:

- Youre detail-oriented, ensuring accuracy in food preparation and cleanliness.
- You possess the ability to read, write, and follow instructions, working well under pressure in a busy kitchen.
- Youre physically able to stand, bend, lift, and walk throughout your shift, lifting up to 50 pounds when needed.
About the Job:
- Portion and prepare ingredients and menu items according to specifications.
- Prepare and cook menu items to meet quality, consistency, and presentation standards.
- Follow recipes and maintain a clean workspace to ensure all food is prepared safely and to standard.
- Wash Dishes
- Assist with inventory management, ensuring proper rotation of stock and reporting any low inventory.
- Maintain a clean and organized prep area, ensuring all tools and equipment are sanitized and in good working order.
- Work efficiently to meet prep and production timelines to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
- Uphold kitchen cleanliness and safety standards by adhering to proper hygiene and organizational practices.
- Handle food safely, including proper storage and disposal, to maintain food safety and sanitation standards.
