Concierge/Lead Host | Cham Pang Lanes

Pay: $18/hr.
This position requires weekend and late-night availability.

As our Concierge/Lead Host, you’ll be the first point of contact for our guests and help set the tone for their entire experience. You’ll make sure every guest feels welcomed, comfortable, and taken care of from the moment they walk through the door.

• You’re positive, charismatic, friendly, and enjoy being part of a team
• You’re personable, outgoing, and comfortable interacting with all types of guests
• You have strong communication and organizational skills
• You stay calm, focused, and organized in a fast-paced environment
• You’re confident taking the lead and helping guide the flow of the restaurant
• You’re available to work weekends and late-night shifts

About the Job:

• Set the energy and vibe for every guest entering the venue
• Create a warm, positive, and memorable experience for arriving and departing guests
• Greet guests, manage wait times, and keep them informed
• Answer phone calls and assist with questions about reservations, hours, and special events
• Manage seating and guest flow while communicating closely with the service and management teams
• Help ensure a smooth transition from the concierge stand to the table
• Support and guide the host team throughout each shift
• Handle guest concerns with patience, empathy, and professionalism
• Look for opportunities to go the extra mile and improve the guest experience
