Bartender | Clio | Old Market

Compensation:
Bartenders start at $5–$6 per hour (based on experience) plus tips. This role participates in an all-day tip pool, meaning tips are pooled and shared among bartenders for the full business day.

About the Job:

• Please bring at least 1.5 years of bartending and experience to the table.
• Candidates who are passionate about wine and eager to expand their knowledge are strongly preferred.
• Be knowledgeable about our food, beverages, and service steps to confidently make recommendations and answer questions.
• Provide friendly, attentive, and personalized service, making guests feel valued and cared for.
• Use our Toast point-of-sale system to efficiently take orders, process payments, and ensure accuracy.
• Stay detail-oriented, organized, and dedicated to keeping the environment clean and welcoming for guests.
• Work closely with the team to maintain a smooth workflow, offering help in other areas when needed.
• Respond to guest feedback with a positive attitude, turning challenges into opportunities for exceptional service.
