What are the responsibilities and job description for the Bartender | Clio | Old Market position at Flagship Restaurant Group?
Compensation includes an hourly rate of $5$6 per hour, based on experience, plus tips through a shared bartender tip pool.
Full-time availability is preferred. We are looking for someone with open availability who can work 45 shifts per week, including evenings and weekends as needed.

About the Job:
- Please bring at least 1.5 years of bartending and experience to the table.
- Candidates who are passionate about wine and eager to expand their knowledge are strongly preferred.
- Be knowledgeable about our food, beverages, and service steps to confidently make recommendations and answer questions.
- Provide friendly, attentive, and personalized service, making guests feel valued and cared for.
- Use our Toast point-of-sale system to efficiently take orders, process payments, and ensure accuracy.
- Stay detail-oriented, organized, and dedicated to keeping the environment clean and welcoming for guests.
- Work closely with the team to maintain a smooth workflow, offering help in other areas when needed.
- Respond to guest feedback with a positive attitude, turning challenges into opportunities for exceptional service.
