An Austin original, Anthem is an Asian-Latin fusion, full-service restaurant coming to the heart of Omahas Old Market at the corner of 12th and Howard. Were currently building our opening team and looking for great people who want to be part of launching something new.
Were seeking Bartenders who take pride in creating a lively, welcoming experience for every guest. This role helps set the tone behind the bar delivering exceptional cocktails, engaging service, and genuine hospitality. Our bartenders play a key role in driving the energy of the space, supporting the service team, and making every guest feel valued from the moment they sit down.
About You:
- You bring at least 2 years of bartending experience to the table.
- Youre a positive, friendly team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
- You're passionate about crafting drinks that wow guests, from classic cocktails to our signature creations.
- You have a keen eye for detail, providing an experience where every drink and interaction exceeds expectations.
- Youre comfortable handling busy shifts while staying calm, collected, and focused.
About the Job:
- Build memorable moments for guests by making them feel welcome, comfortable, and relaxed with every interaction.
- Set the stage for a great guest experience by preparing the bar and assisting with other setup tasks.
- Craft cocktails and beverages with precision, following recipe specifications.
- Stay sharp and informed about menu updates, and current offerings.
- You take pride in running a clean, organized bar, ensuring every shift is seamless and efficient.
- Enjoy a flexible schedule that may include evenings, holidays, and extended hours, depending on business needs.
- You're comfortable using point-of-sale systems, and experience with Toast is a plus!
